Would you cooperate with a transitional invisible man?

Imagine a man who insists that he is invisible, but he is, tragically, trapped in a visible man’s body.

He insists that people should act as if they can not see him, in order to be properly sensitive and respectful to this adverse circumstance.

Ignore the fact that this would mean that people would run into him on the sidewalk, or hit him with their cars when he crossed the street.
