How do I load Fluther icon on iPad?

I had to erase and restore an iPad that had not been backed up recently. Can’t remember how to get the Fluther icon to appear since it is not an app. Can you tell me?

I just bought a new iPad because, for among other reasons, I was getting squint-eyed playing Words on my iPhone when I wasn’t playing it on my Mac. Words was the second shortcut I added to my Home screen.

The first, of course, was Fluther.
