How do you spell "psychs," as in "She also psychs herself up..."?

Well, spell checks says “psychs” is right, but Word doesn’t. Hep me.

I’m making my first ever movie with Movie Maker.

I have seen it both ‘psychs’ and ‘psyches’. I would go without the ‘e’
