How do you bring up the question about asking them to hang out?

At a certain place, i can’t exactly get to know people very well, so I’d like to ask them to hang out with me casually away from that place. But how do i bring up the question to see if they want to hang out so i can get to know them better? If i don’t really know them that well from the start?
