Do you have a recipe for Pimento Cheese Spread that's slightly sweet with no heat?

When I was a kid there was a bakery in town that set the mark for pimento cheese spread. It was the only one I knew, and one I still crave.

I seem to recall that it had a can of Eagle Brand Milk in it, but I have no idea how big a batch they made at a time.
