What happens when you post the following Wikipedia page?

Asked by flo (13313points) August 10th, 2015

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Name_%28brand%29

Sometimes no problem, sometimes Bad Title (error message) sometimes No Result but in detail, and it always includes the %28 and %29.
It originated in the middle of this thread
Would you post it to see what happens when you post it?

I get “bad title.”

I always get “Bad title”.

However, if I delete the 25 preceding the 28 and the 25 preceding the 29 from the link, I get the Wiki page titled No Name (brand).

How interesting, By the way sometimes it did include 25 for me in the other thread, but not today.

If you click on my link what happens?

Here’s the full link that’s included in the details of your question:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Name_%2528brand%2529

Here’s the link I used to get the NN b page:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Name_%28brand%29

@Brian1946 I’m mystified. What do you get when you click on them? Bad Title still?
By the way what is NN b page?

Now I get “Bad title” when I click on either link, even though I don’t see the “25” prefixes in the bottom one.

However, if I copy the bottom link location, I now get https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Name_%2528brand%2529.

Apparently Fluther is eventually inserting the “25“s in the raw link, but not in the one I named No Name (brand).

NN b is my abbreviation for No Name brand.
