Guys, do you use the fly in your underwear? (maybe NSFW)

Asked by rojo (24179points) September 28th, 2015

Do you reach in there and bend it though or are you more likely just to push the top down and whip it out? What about pulling the leg hole to the side for access? Kind of depends on boxers or briefs?

Yeah, I know, frivolous question but WTH, it’s Monday.

I use the fly. I wear boxers.

And I don’t unbutton the top button above my fly.

OMG. This is some serious shit, man. Well, I think, if I remember correctly, my dad used the fly. I think, if I remember correctly, I taught my son to pull the waist band down a bit. Don’t know what he does now because I don’t know nothing about that.

I, personally, don’t use the fly. If I did, it would be, like, SUPER FLY!

Over the top, both boxers and briefs.

Boxers, out the fly with trousers, out the leg with shorts.

With briefs, push down and go over, almost always. With boxers, either way.

Never through a leg hole unless something very unusual is going on. (?)

I think the real (not usually explained) reason they have flies is in case of problematic bonerage. So it has someplace to go and doesn’t have people reaching into their pants or something.

I’m always hooked up to my special watertight backpack, so that I can go on the fly. ;-)

Never use the fly

I wear my undies backwards. Get the picture?

Yes, and I don’t like it. I don’t like it at all.

I use it. There’s never enough freedom if I just push everything down.

I do, actually. I never used to as a kid/teen. I would just pull down my underwear slightly and “whip it out”, but that can be a little inconvenient if I’m wearing a belt (which I often am). So I use the fly whether I’m wear boxers or boxer-briefs.
