Should Wikileaks be limited?

No. It should not. The fewer secrets the world has the better for all and not just those elite few in power.

The press MUST maintain an adversarial approach to power and we, the people, must help them do so

Absolutely not. The very point of Wikileaks and other journalistic outlets is to provide the public with information that those in power would withhold. Without such information, all we have is the narrative fed to us by governments. Without such information, there is no true democracy.
