General Question

I'm up sooo much earlier than usual. What should I do differently today?

I work late, but I’m trying to shift my sleep cycle so I can wake-up more around 9 am than noon This morning I’m up because I have an appointment.—Yuck!. My “morning” routine already includes exercise, a swift clean-up, computer time, and catching up on shows from the DVR. I suspect I’ll have at least 2 1/2 hrs more time each morning. I’d like to bring something new and possibly creative into my life. But I’ll take any suggestions you offer.

Exercise! It will boost your metabolism for the day and make your head clear for any task. Also eat a large breakfast about an hour after doing it. Your body will us all the nutrients and give your brain the energy it needs for the day. (lite dinner, your brain doesnt need all those calories while you sleep)

Go to Panera Bread and have them mess up your coffee order.

Perhaps you could start a new hobby or project that you work on in that time. Refinish a piece of furniture, do a sewing project, begin an art piece.

Go to the nearest gree point and just sit there and free your mind… take a cup of tea with u, you can watch the clouds moving :)
