Is the TPP a step towards NWO?

For those who are unaware, there is a theory that many of the leaders of the US and the world are moving towards a one world government, or New World Order, which would basically be a single government run by banks and corporations (not that we dont have that now).
Go on google and youtube and you will find Bill Clinton, George Bush, Henry Kissinger, and even Albert Einstein calling for a one world government, or New World Order.

With what we know of the TPP so far, is this possibly a large step in this direction?

There was a book written in 1991 called Behold A Pale Horse (more specifically, a chapter called Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars), which lays out a blueprint to achieve such a thing. When reading this chapter, it becomes clearly obvious that these steps have been taken over the past 50 or so years, including mass data collection, economic shock testing, and perpetual war.
What do you think is the ultimate goal of the TPP?
