Is there a way to revert to a previous version of iOS?

Asked by Cosmos (648points) January 14th, 2016

After I upgraded to iOS 9.2 I find my iPad mini to be very much slower. I’ve tweaked as much as possible and that’s made some difference but I’d prefer to revert to an earlier, faster version.

Unfortunately it is not possible as older versions are no longer being signed by Apple. Apple generally stops signing versions after about a week or two.

I understand your frustration. Lots of times I have wanted to rollback too.
