What is the longest time anyone has lived with just one lung?

My husband had a relative who was born with one lung. Didn’t find out until he tried to join the army, if I remember correctly.

I don’t know what Guinness says about it, but Uncle Freddy lived to his mid-60s.

I doubt there is a record recorded on something like that. I know someone who lived into their 70’s or 80’s (I’m not sure how old she was exactly) with one lung. I don’t know when it was removed, but I’m guessing before age 50.
