If you suddenly started getting many texts from people responding to a sex services ad would you tell them they had the wrong number?

I started getting texts, all from the Detroit area, from guys asking things like: How much for half hour? How much for head only? Travel? When? etc. I noticed that about half of the texts are from an area code one digit away from mine: 585 vs 586, (Western NY, vs Detroit MI).
I did a search for my phone number but with the other area code and an untrustworthy site says it is connected to a Shawna Smith (not the real name).
I am guessing she posted an ad and accidentally entered the wrong area code.
Should I just leave it and ignore the calls and figure eventually they will stop? Or should I be proactive and call Shawna and tell her?
Or should I contact one of the customers?
I REALLY don’t want my phone connected in any way to this – either as a customer or a provider. On the other hand I can imagine poor Shawna sitting home alone, wondering why nobody is calling her, sobbing, “I worked so hard on those photos and nobody wants me….”
I looked up craigslist and backpage but neither have phone numbers.
Where would an ad that used phone numbers be posted in Detroit?
What would you do?

Would someone here be willing to call one of the guys back and tell him to tell her she made a mistake with the number? (PM me.)
