How do I get rid of THIS type of crush?

There is this guy who I hung out with gym one time and a week later I had a dream that we were in school and the teacher said the boys could take off their shirts and so the boys did and the boy who I talked to in gym was across from me and he did but then I woke up and started thinking about him a lot. In class I can’t look directly at him but I can still talk to him and look at him everywhere else. We chat sometimes at the locker about gym but that’s pretty much it. To me the bad parts about him is that he is not in shape and he doesn’t really have a lot of friends. The good part is that he’s smart, he’s tall, strong, and likes to read. I don’t want to be his girlfriend or anything so why can’t I look at him?
