How can I buy something from Amazon-Japan?

I am not a big user of Amazon, know very little about the ins and outs.
What I would like to do is order some books from Amazon.JP (Japan). These books are in Japanese but I can follow the illustrations.
I don’t see any way to do this on Amazon. I also would like to know the shipping costs as they could be considerable.

Any suggestions?
