Is yoga something I should do daily or do every other day?

Doctors suggested me to go to yoga classes for losing of extra weight. But it’s become very difficult for me to take time for yoga classes regularly in my daily schedule. I can manage to go yoga on alternative days. So can I go with it or is it necessary to go to yoga classes regularly. Please give your suggestions.

Three times a week will be fine. There is no need to ask the same question twice in a row by the way.

I used to do a lot of weight lifting and it was recommended to have off days… or is this something I can do daily.

One thing that you can do is practice yoga daily at home on your own in between classes.
