Does the verizon aircard work over seas?

So I am also wondering, Does the Verizon aircard work in other countries other than the United States and Canada. If so, does that cost more? and if so, what would the rates run approx. Also, if you know any other internet cards that provide internet anywhere, that works too, doesn’t have to be verizon.
