Water pollution… Don’t we get a lot of our protein from fish?

Yes, we get a lot from fish. But pollution in the oceans isn’t the only threat. Pharmaceutical chemicals, as well as others, end up in ALL water supplies, no matter where they are. They include birth control drugs which may be responsible for reduced sperm counts the world over.
Don’t worry about the potential harm from ocean fish: At the current rate of overfishing, there will be no edible fish left in the oceans within 50 years (according to a recent report I read.)

@kritiper If this is true it is one of the scarier things I have heard in quite a while. I find it hard to believe though.
