How can jellies who have not visited for 2 years or more receive awards? Are they communicating telepathically?

We can continue to give them GAs etc. So I suppose if the award relates to then receiving good answers/good question or similar, they could be awarded even if they haven’t accessed the site for a long time.

Yes, I get it, thanks.

I can tell you that I fairly often give GAs and even GQs to posts that have been around for ages, by people who haven’t visited in years. Some of them used to be favorites of mine, and it’s fun to see them show up on the community feed, especially if there was an award.

True @Jeruba, just wish they would actually pop in once in a while. I asked the question because when I saw the community feed, I thought that one was back again. Then I realized they had not been in for over 2 years!
