Can you please help me find the right bracelet size?

Asked by Tbag (3549points) June 1st, 2016

Okay long story short… I’m getting my best friend a bracelet from Tiffany and I can’t seem to know which size to get. I can’t ask her because she’ll figure it out and I want it to be a complete surprise. I’ll be shipping everything so I really have to pick the right size. We live in different countries so I can’t really find out. Ugh, if I only knew her wrist size.

I want it to be perfect and I have no idea what to do. This is a picture (was doing her nails) I found that might be of help? Another one.

The bracelet that I plan on getting has three sizes – Small Medium Large.
Flutherites, help.

Average size for bracelets is 7 inches. I would go with medium. Her wrist doesn’t look tiny nor does it look large.

If you read the description it says the bracelet is 7” long and may only be available in that size. I’d say 7” is a safe bet and looks like there is a bone shaped link you could probably take out if size was a little too loose.

7 inches is standard. If it’s too small (which it probably won’t be) a jeweler could put something in the clasp area to extend it.

The small is 6.5” and the large is 7.5”.

I have fairly small wrists. Their natural circumference is just under 6”. A 6½” bracelet would be uncomfortably small.

Go with the 7”.

Good choice, by the way. I know very few women who wouldn’t squee at getting that blue box.

General consensus is 7” I see. You guys are the best.
@Seek Thanks! I Hope she loves it.
