Is there a way to sort my Kindle purchases by my own reviews?

Asked by syz (35938points) July 18th, 2016

I have a ridiculous number of books on my Kindle, and since I’m currently poor, I’m rereading all of them rather than making new purchases (yes, and library downloads, etc.). I almost always rate a book when I finish it (1–5 stars), and very, very few get a 5-star rating from me. But it occurred to me the other day (as I was re-reading a book that I really didn’t like), it would be wonderful if I could sort my purchased books so that I could find the books that I really enjoyed, not only for myself but to lend to my bibliophile friend.

Does anyone know if this is possible either at the Kindle or Amazon purchase history level?

I know I sort mine by author name, as I read a number of books at a time. (Don’t ask exactly how many…it is appalling!) I’m just not sure if you could sort by your own ratings. Incidentally, I have signed up for several websites that will send you a daily email with free, or nearly free e-books that you can download. They are Book Bub, Early Bird Books, and Reader’s Desk, so check them out if you want to. I try not to spend too much money on Kindle books either.

Doesn’t Kindle have a Collections feature? Can you name each collection?
)I am not assuming you’re an idiot, honestly, but it took me almost a year to find and use the Shelf feature on my nook. I just hadn’t needed it, I was using the Search.)

Not as far as I can see. I have a few reviews and looked but there was no option to sort reviews. You can do it on Goodreads. Although there is an option to import your Amazon book list, there isn’t an option for the reviews, I don’t think.
