What tools do you need to take out tile and put in new tile?

I have this old wood tile i want to get rid of, but i can’t think of the exact tools for the job.

To begin, lots of elbow grease. I can’t tell you how many people I know started pulling up old tile before giving up and coming up with a solution to put the new floor over the old. Other than elbow grease you’ll want a putty knife and a mallet to drive the edge of the blade underneath the tile. Good luck!
