In hongkong, what places are a must see?

Definitely check out the crazy huge malls near the harbor, go to the top of the peak at night, have authentic hong kong-style noodles, and check out all of the temples you can. I was there this time of year last year and it was extremely warm and humid, so you may have to shower/change clothing several times a day.
