How can I fix dead/stuck pixels on my comp monitor?

If you have an LCD (laptop, or a flat-panel screen on a desktop), try JScreenFix.

There’s a couple different methods on this wiki howto. I would start with the software solution.

These methods are more likely to fix a ‘stuck’ pixel then a ‘dead’ pixel. Typically a stuck pixel can be unstuck but a dead pixel is caused by a hardware malfunction which cannot be fixed by an end user.
