How can I reduce or flatten my slightly chubby cheeks?

So I want my face to be a little bit more thinner and defined, since I have always had a full face and with time it has gotten a little more define and sharp, but I don’t like my cheeks I need them to be more flat, how can I obtain this?

Fat pad removal. Keep in mind though that taking fat out of your face also means taking youth out of your face.

We lose weight from the top down, starting in the face and neck and slowly culminating in the hard to lose spots like tummy, hips and thighs. If you are 10 or more pounds overweight a modest weight reduction would show in your face and pretty quickly, but…if you are at a healthy weight and you just happen to have chubby cheeks by nature, find a way to embrace yourself as @marinelife says.

If you are under 40 don’t do it! Hollowing out of the cheeks and thinning skin is what ages people. That little bit of baby fat is what makes you look young. Look at photos of 20 year olds who are average build compared to 50 year olds average build. The youth look has a lot to do with the skin. Het to age 70 and people who were more sculpted in their youth now look more skeletal than the rest of their peers at average weight.

If you’re over 40 and still worry about the fullness see a cosmetic doctor.

If you are overweight lose ten pounds. Weight usually comes off of the face pretty fast.

^^Ditto. And those first ten pounds come off faster than the rest because they are mostly water. Aerobics, spinning, Pilates and now pole dancing will tone you and give a genuine glow of health and beauty which is the best foundation.

Then, if you still want a thinner looking face, go to a top salon and ask them to show you how to properly apply contour make-up. The real pros love their work and are very caring, especially with young women. They will sell you a line of makeup that they have had the most success with. The techniques are as unbelievably subtle as they are effective. Under expert guidance, you will be shocked at what you can do. You also need to experiment with hairstyles for round faces.

It is amazing the over-affect these two beauty techniques have on one’s features. Done properly, the transformation is incredible. And not one thing has to be permanently, expensively changed. You just need to learn a few Hollywood tricks that you will learn to apply quickly like an expert.

Keep those darling cheeks, and after 40, you will always look 15 years younger while those hatchet-faced Cruella Devilles around you will be beginning their life-long struggle with thinning lips, sunken cheeks, sunken eyes, crow’s feet and laugh lines around their mouths.

Best of all, it will only cost you a couple of hundred dollars to learn to use these products, instead of thousands for surgery. And with contour make-up, you can always change your mind, or your style—and preserve your youthful appearance much longer, to match the age you truly feel.

You will be devestating with the proper hairstyles and makeup. And you will be devastating much, much longer than many of the women your age.

I have some tips for you to flatten the slightly chubby cheeks?

1. Facial Massage
Massage is a natural and safe way to reduce chubby cheeks. Just use your fingers and maage gently your cheek.
2. Cheek Bone Roll Exercise
I use this exercise much because it really works for me. You can try to see if it can make any difference. All you need to do is to put your finger under the cheek bone and rotate them in the clockwise direction for a minute, Doing it twice per day is enough.

Another tip is trying not to eat anything before going to bed and trying to smile lots :)
