Anyone know how to get rid of skin mites for good?

I am pretty sure I have skin mites as my head itches
and I have some places where I have been bit and
at night I really itch. I have washed sheet in hottest
water and sprayed my bed with disinfectant but my
scalp and other places on my body itch but I don’t
“see” anything there. Help!
