Does anyone know an artist in the SF bay area who could be commisioned for a portrait?

My girl friend and I would like to get a semi hokey portrait of ourselves made – in 1800’s outfits. Does anyone know where we might be able to find someone to paint this for us and about hoe much we might have to pay?
