Since I only get presents from my kids (who can’t afford too much) and my girlfriend (who buys me a lot of nice things but can’t afford something “big”), I stopped wanting or getting anything I really looked forward to a long time ago.

Now I am happy with just something from my wish list, which I will put together in November.

I want a vacation. I’m working a seasonal job this year, and the money will be saved up to (with any luck) move us into a better house, and if there’s some left over, have a nice early-spring trip to a place that has seasons. I would love the chance to let Ian play in the snow.

I want to see my kids. My daughters go to school in the Northeast, and my son lives in Texas. Maybe he’ll bring his girlfriend to meet us.

Yes. I am looking forward to my new little house that will be ready to move into in the next 4 weeks or so.

I’m fairly happy with my Moto E, but it’s a little low on app space.

Hoping for some decent snowfall this year, not had any to speak of these last 2 winters.
Some of the staff hired since then have not yet experienced the thrill of us lining them up in the garden & knocking top hats off their heads with snowballs, such a family tradition i’m betting they too are hoping for snow.
