JetBlue...I call, but nobody answers...weird?

The company is probably cutting down on costs again and I’m guessing customer service was considered a luxury. you know they now charge you $7 just for a pillow and blanket.

That would be freaking ridiculous. The least they could do is have a recording telling people what’s going on. Anyway, thanks for the post.

@rawpixels, I was being a little sarcastic but I wouldnt be surprised if airline company’s started limiting customer service opportunities. I just called and there was a feminine machine voice directing me to the jetblue website and asking me if I wanted to know any flight info. Maybe you should try calling from another phone, maybe you calling beyond their limited customer service hours.

@Indy318, ok, thanks. For some reason, I get nothing when I call, but I appreciate your effort. I’m having my girlfriend call. Hopefully, she’ll get through.

Are you calling from Skype? IP telephony sometimes hangs on the service.
