Flavor neutral materials?

Asked by Jonathan_hodgkins (684points) December 5th, 2016

I am designing something where taste is of utmost importance.

What are some materials that are mostly flavor neutral when surrounding a liquid?

Glass, ceramic and silicone are what I’ve come up with.

Thanks

I think you might have them all. Stainless steel is touted as being non-reactive but most people who have drunk from a metal flask would beg to differ.
