How beneficial is Zinc for treating Acne?

How well does zinc treat acne? and how much Mg is the right amount daily?

Drink more water. Cut out as much sugar as you can. Zinc is only marginally shown to help. Healthy diet and exercise and a good cleanser with salicylic acid is better.

It’s about as effective as antibiotic treatment in the 70’s. ie not particularly.

If you have severe acne don’t mess about. See a dermatologist and ask about accutane.
