It is supposed to mean nutrition wise you are what you eat, if you eat junk food high in fat, and calories and low in essential vitamins, you will be unhealthy. If you eat food with good cholesterol, vitamin rich, with antioxidants, etc. then you are healthier, etc.

Congrats on your 5k wing by the way.
