Crescent-shaped vibrating blur on the right-middle of my vision... Should I be worried?

I guess it’s an aura? My family all gets migraines but I never have. It’s gotten bigger since I started to notice it… and it seems to only be on my right side (although I see it to the right of my vision in my left eye.) Hard to read so I’ll stop here. No pain. Should I be worried that this is happening when it never has before?
