How to open this illustrator file?

Because I’m cheap, I refuse to but the Adobe creative cloud studio package, and have been bumming off updates and free trials. But, I have to turn in an assignment for my design class and I currently don’t have access to illustrator in any way.

I was wondering if there was a way I can convert it to a PDF file without having to open illustrator and re-saving it? Or is there a website I can go to that will do it for me?

Have you tried Inkscape, it’s not perfect, but it will usually open the files and let you get it into a different format fairly well.

If you’re in school, there’s a student discount for Creative Cloud as well.
