What's a great, afforable, clean gym in Brooklyn?

I'm moving to New York and will be subletting in Williamsburg for a bit. I'd love to set up a gym membership for August now so I don't have the option to spend money on other things first. Looking to spend no more than $60 for the month.

try Gleasons Gym, it’s $70 a month, but I don’t think there are any other fees.
Body Reserve, I read there is $150 joining fee, but it is $50 per month
