You need to ask a doctor this question. None of us could know. Your diet, activities, and endless other things could be involved. You are asking for a diagnosis. That must be obtained from a doctor.
I hope you get help, and feel better very soon.
If anxiety keeps you from seeing a doctor, get a friend to help you.

No one knows except a doctor. You should get examined.

There are plenty of reasons. I have a mild depression now and I’m starting to think its because I’m not fulfilled. Its complicated though.
I try to eat healthy when I can. Do activities and habits that I know are good for me. I’m not consistent but looking back, after a couple years, I think I’m improving.
I think I feel depressed because I could be feeling unsatisfied, about where my life is going, career wise, my character, and also about the world. I don’t know your reason but take it slow, there are people that actually love you, the world may not be the best but also know you have all the control of your life and how you’d like to live it. That may seem hard, but its true, so be comfortable with yourself.
Sorry I can’t say much about panic attacks. That rarely happens to me. I do know someone who gets it. It helps to have someone there for you when you’re having panic attacks. Maybe tell or message someone that you’re having panic attacks and you’d like some company or whatever. Anyone you know you can trust, or who’ll take it seriously, or who’ll listen.

Set some breathing time for your self from time to time before these attacks come! Be conscious of your mood during the day and relax when needed!

Have you been through any specific trauma lately that might be causing your depression or anxiety?

Twice a day is too much. That’s got to be a poor quality of life. This issue requires a doctor.
Please go, and be honest. Good luck.

I am a mental health professional. You have asked other questions about depression. We here on this little website absolutely cannot help you. You must see a doctor. You can start by asking your family doctor. If you feel like you can’t do that, talk to a counselor at school or to a teacher you trust. If it’s possible, talk to your parents.

You really need to see a doctor. Please let us know that you have made an appointment.
