What are your favorite over the ear noise cancelling headphones?

I travel a lot and the airplane noise really bothers me, so I use a pair of Bose over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones. Now they’re on the fritz and if I can’t get them repaired I need to get a new pair. So do I get another Bose? Or do you like another company? Quality is more important than cost. I want good sound.
