What happened to the game Spore for the iPhone?

I’ve tried to find it on Apps but no luck so I’m guessing it’s not available yet. What’s taking them so long? It looks really cool, is anyone else anticipating it like I am?

Spore for the PC/Mac comes out september 7th. Accept for a cheap version of the cell stage for the cell phone (called spore origins), none of Spore proper is in the wild yet. I imagine that you should redouble your efforts to find the game after the seventh of September.
