What happened to the lawsuit that the young woman filed against United Airlines?

It was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. it was moved from LASC to Federal Court in December 2013. AMESTOY v. UNITED AIRLINES Case No. CV13–9084 MWF (AJWx).
