Why does melted chocolate taste better than hard?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24461points) April 21st, 2017

Also why does still warm, just made still gooey, Rice Krispy squares taste better? Is it just me, or do you like gooey snacks better then hard?

Melty means it can glop all over your taste buds easily, instead of just passing contact on its way by when you swallow.

I prefer chocolate out of the fridge. For me it has a better texture and taste than half melted chocolate.

I love refrigerator cold chocolate. Lol. I like that it’s “crunchy.”

I like it melted too in some cases.

Lindt chocolate should be room temperature. The round balls. I live the red ones. OMG. Delicious.

I prefer gooey. Hard is tough on my teeth.

I like dark chocolate that has been frozen solid. I find the notion of sticky gooey super sweet warm melted milk chocolate to be mildly sickening.
