Where can I find good lease-purchase/lease-option agreements for all states?

not sure that one form would do it for all states. try your favorite title company in the state you wish to do business in, title company’s are great for that kind of thing. First American, my choice.

Real Estate Laws change so much by state. You really want a document this important to be customized by state. I wish I had an easier answer for you, but you could loose your butt having the wrong document in the wrong state. You might be able to do it a little less expensively at legalzoom.com
