How to increase brain-hand synchronization for games?

Asked by anonxd (114points) April 30th, 2017

I play Pacman and while playing, I want to say out loud, the direction in which I want Pacman to go. Like go up, go down etc. But when I try to do so, not only it is very slow but directions are often wrong. How should I make this happen that I say the correct direction just in time?

Practice. Lots and lots of practice. Don’t beat yourself up if you fail, just keep practicing. It will come eventually.

Why vocalize? The machine can’t hear you. You don’t want brain/hand, you want eye/hand coordination. Involving vocalization disrupts reaction time and slows your movement.

Practice juggling, that will help you get better.
