The Avengers IS Disney and that’s the joke. Because it’s already non-animated

I’m excited for The Lion King and, I don’t know, maybe one of their lesser known titles like The Black Cauldron or Atlantis. I’d love to see a live-action Hunchback of Notre Dame

Mulan. I adore Eastern Asian women and I’d love to see Ziyi Zhang as the title character.

The Little Mermaid. I’d have major fantasies about being wrapped up in Ursula’s tentacles.

How the hell do you make a live version of Lion King?

Brian1946's avatar

That would be a challenge, but my guess is they’d use animatronics.

RedDeerGuy1's avatar

@Brian1946 They use puppets.

None of them. Stop with the cash grab remake bullshit. Make new things.
More Zootopia, less Beauty and the Beast.

While I agree with @ragingloli that there seems to be a trend of Disney remaking their own movies as if they have run out of ideas, I think remakes can also be of good use. They should be used to give people access to lesser known movies You know, not all Disney movies are well known. Things like The Great Mouse Detective aren’t well-known in many parts of the world and it could be a good idea to promote them again, as long as the remakes are good.

And I would like to see Disney finally get their hand back on this. It has an interesting concept but it was turned down because it was considered too hard for kids to understand. Maybe a live-action remake will make older audients more willing to watch.
