How do you block a user on youtube from a tablet?

I can click on desktop version on the site and go to that user profile. Then I can click on the flag to the right and block user but is that the only way?

The flag isn’t an option from the mobile site.

And will it prevent them from replying to your comments on videos? All the option says is it will prevent a user from commenting on a video you uploaded.
