Any thoughts on Star Trek Discovery?

Especially interested in Loli’s response. My new acronym for Star Trek Discovery is STD. That will give an idea of what I thought about it.

1) Boring
2) Shitty character development
3) A complete disregard on how professionals would actually act.
4) (Edit). I hated the Klingons. Klingons are warlike, but they are far from stupid. They made these Klingons look stupid.

I thought The Oroville even had better character development and I hate that show too.

And I write this as a LIFE long Trekkie. I watched Star Trek as a kid when it first came out before syndication and have seen every episode of every other show, every shitty movie, and read a bunch of Star Trek books.

I will not be paying CBS any money to watch this show.

But let me tell you how I REALLY feel…
