Could it be no see'ums?

Still getting bites, not as many and not all over my ankles. It’s not bedbugs. I’m supposed to have the exterminator do another flea treatment but I’ve seen a few tiny flying bugs so I am wondering. The bites are mainly on my legs but higher up and some on arms and torso. Any ideas?

(I finally thought of putting insect repellent on today.)
