Is any one having problem with iphone 6. After updating my phone to 11.0.2. Sound is not working even in general mode?

Check your “control screen” by swiping from the bottom of the screen up. Then make sure the sound function on that screen is on. It might override the manual control using the volume buttons on the side of the phone.

The only issue I was having is within the music app the album art was correct when the app is open. But when you go to the lock screen it is a different song displaying. It wasn’t even showing the time of the song progress. I eventually just rebooted the phone and it seems to have sorted it for now.

Best advice I can give is report bugs to apple and accept any software updates. Make sure your phone has at least 50% battery life, higher or simply plug it to mains before updates.

Aside from that I think you may need to do a reset through iTunes. Just make sure you back up your data.
