Is Sessions going to be hauled before the Senate to face a perjury charge?

The dominoes begin to topple as testimony from Papadopoulus proves Sessions lied.

In a normal world, yes. IN Trumpworld, doubtful.

Sessions perjured himself in his confirmation hearing. It was obvious at the time.

I know they don’t have the votes either but they should do it anyway to make the Republicans pee their panties a little

Mueller needs to step on the brakes. Line all this shit up and drop it off when the next sane President is sworn in so Trump can’t pardon everyone.

To prevent pardons, I bet Mueller will be sending what he can to state prosecutors. Trump can only pardon people charged in Federal court.

If by hauled you mean using existing legal actions to force Sessions to appear then yes, assuming those in position to execute those legal procedures would do so.
