What can we do to prevent kidnapping like this(details inside)?

Here’s is the chilling footage of abduction of young daughter of a shop owner in China caught in cctv camera. She was lucky to have someone outside who freed her from the abductor. Not sure how many such incidents must be happening around the world. Any idea how to stop them from happening?

Scary.

There is little that we in Europe and America can do to prevent this in China, but it does call for each person to be aware of human trafficking and the fact it occurs everywhere.

If you see a situation that looks out of place, like a girl being forced to be with an adult and it appears to be against their will, call the police and report it.
