Why are all the video's on my FB page being fuzzed out this afternoon?

Just happened about 30 minutes ago,
Whenever I scroll down I can see the pic for a few seconds and then the entire thing blurrs out and a little rotating circle appears in the middle.
Stills are fine, only affecting video.
Any ideas? Virus? FB Technical Difficulties
